Chicago Vacation We recently took a vacation in Chicago, specifically to eat at Charlie Trotter's, widely regarded as the best restaurant in the country (though we suspect Alain Ducasse is aiming for the same title; soon we'll be aiming for him!). Because it would be, well, crazy to go to Chicago for just one meal, we built a week-long trip around it. We decided to keep the food theme, though; Rochelle put together a list of restaurants, and we made reservations for 14 meals, lunch and dinner every day we were going to be in Chicago. This is, we think, less crazy. If you haven't figured it out by now, we're totally obsessed with food, and we like to share it.
